Well, Doing This Again..

I learned that when I finally figure things out on my own, I can actually use photoshop successfully.

I hope to learn what "sound speeds" means!

I got frustrated when I couldn't figure out which animals I wanted to combine.

What made me happy? Well, I'm happy THAT I FINALLY FIGURED OUT PHOTOSHOP!!!!

I really enjoyed the detail that was put into this short animation. I also thought that the story was really well thought of, even though there was no dialog.

I really enjoyed watching this one. The idea behind it is so true. And it was really well executed. I like how in some parts they were actually able to use a real person, which really added to the affect.

He's got a few good points.

1. I never thought about attending film festivals and watching other people's films. That IS a really good way to meet other people that can help!
2. I kinda thought that I had to learn all the different parts to movie making, but he definitely confirmed it.
3. I didn't know that being a movie buff would help.

1. I liked how the actual words of the director were used. It was very cool to see that the tips were coming from a successful moviemaker.
2. I liked how the tips were real world things that are possible, and extremely helpful!

1. In film making, is it better to make your OWN world, use the real world, or mix both together?

Blah: 3-D and stuff.

1. I didn't know that the companies were making so much from putting old movies back in theaters by using 3-D.
2. Nor did I know that there was going to be about 60 3-D releases this year. That's ridiculous!
3. I really had no clue that indie filmmakers managed to use 3-D.

1. I thought it got its point across well.
2. That's kind of stupid that filmmakers are milking this whole 3-D thing until it dies.

1. Why can't 3-D be used more to make it look more towards there depth?

What the Heck is a 3-D Printer?

Well, first off I had no clue that there was a 3-D printer! Nor did I know that it was used to launch a guy's miniature face into space! That's really cool. :O And I also didn't know that there were numerous investors interested in this invention.

I thought that the article was very informing. I also found it interesting as in how it talked about the unexpected demand for the product.

My question is, Will they ever make the 3-D Scanner more kid friendly, and will it kick the toy industry in the butt by affecting its future sales?

Well then, What I've Learned?

I learned this wek, that I am HORRIBLE at Photoshop. Which is rather irritating.

I really would like to learn how to make videos.

What made me happy this week? Nothing. Seriously, nothing has made me happy this week because my stress level in this class is at a breaking point.

Layers in photoshop frustrated me, mainly the adjustment layers and such.

I thought that this was really cool and informing for people, like me, who have to work with a low budget.
